Rotorcraft is where most of our composite work lives. Every fielded product on this page, the MX-25D targeting pod, MD500 nose mount, UH-60 Black Hawk nose mount, and Extended Range Weapons Wing, is a helicopter component. We’re a fabricator, not a broker. Prepreg ply kitting through oven cure, post-cure machining, and final assembly all happen in-house, built to customer drawings, 3D model definition, or engineering packages we generate ourselves. Programs we’ve supported include work with L3Harris, MD Helicopters, Lockheed Skunk Works, Stratolaunch, and Scaled Composites. We’re Arizona-based with no overseas supply chain, and currently pursuing ISO 9001 certification, with full component traceability maintained regardless.
